Is it possible to truly love yourself… without bypassing into love&light only, always trying to "fix yourself" and without abandoning the parts of you that feel uncomfortable, too vulnerable, or hidden in the shadows... never to be socially acceptable?
One of the most healing experiences that support us in the process of loving ourselves is the presence of another person: someone supportive, embracing, and non-judgmental.
Someone who lovingly witnesses our inner world and what we’re going through.
Someone who strengthens the sense of safety within our own nervous system.
This is where the healing power of circles and heartfelt conversations with trusted friends comes from.
Your own voice can become that supportive, loving witness.
Your voice is both deeply intimate — born from inside your body, your breath, and your inner states — and profoundly territorial.
When you give yourself voice, you give yourself space. You give yourself attention. You take up room in your own life.
Your voice is a mirror that allows you to meet yourself in what is truly alive and unfiltered, unshaped by expectations, roles, or the masks you’ve learned to wear.
Plus, your voice and vagus nerve are directly linked, vocal work offers additional support in regulating and resourcing your nervous system.
I invite you into a foundational process of building a healing relationship with yourself through the voice:
STAGE 1. Recognition
Connecting with your sensations and your body, accessing what is alive in you, here and now.
STAGE 2. Honouring
Giving voice (through sound) to what you feel, offering it space and attention with full acceptance, exactly as it is, without "fixing" anything.
STAGE 3 . Receiving / Releasing
The voice can reveal the parts or states within you that long to be held and welcomed… or need to be released and let go. Through connection with your own intuition and felt sense, you can use your voice to receive or to release. You will intuitively know what you need in order to support yourself with love.
What you'll experience: somatic and vocal practices (vagus nerve activation, elements of somatic vocal healing, intuitive movement, and intuitive sound), as well as a simple short practice you can bring into your everyday life.

MEET YOUR GUIDE

GOSIA 'ARHA' POTOCZNA
I support women in discovering their inner power and authentic expression through voice work, women's circles, ceremonies, and workshops.
I believe the voice is a vessel through which we can express ourselves fully and create the life we long for.
For me, the voice became a tool for building a healing relationship with myself — embracing every part of who I am and reconnecting with my own vitality. I laugh with my Inner Witch, feel the alive energy of the Dark Goddess, Inanna, and Kali. I am fascinated by white singing, indigenous vocal traditions, and all forms of throat singing — especially Inuit throat singing.
I am a certified facilitator of the Holistic Voice Work Method and the Embodied Vision Method (subconscious belief work), and currently in certification for Somatic Vocal Healing and Body Temple Dance modalities.
In my work, I draw from somatic, tantric, vocal, and shamanic practices.
I have participated in numerous programs and workshops, including: VoiceLAB (Grotowski Institute), Working with Grief (SongDance), Vocal Transformation (Maryn Azoff), Inner Healing with the Power of Your Voice (Koren Brothers), Vocal Practices to Reclaim Your Womb’s Wisdom (Marya Stark), Womben Wellness (Usha Anandi), Mana Movement (Mana Mei), Ancient Kashmiri Tantra (Adriana Rizzolo, Sally Kempton), Body Temple Dance (Adriana Rizzolo), white singing (Fundacja OVO and others), breathwork (Dan Brule), plant medicine work, and Healing Power Circles.
TESTIMONIALS FROM PREVIOUS PARTICIPANTS

For anyone who wants to deepen their authentic relationship with themselves and their inner landscape of emotions, sensations, and experiences — without filtering, shaping, or abandoning the parts of themselves that may not be “socially acceptable” or had to be masked away during upbringing or socialization.
Wonderful. Truly.
The intention of these practices is learning how to be with yourself, your voice, and your emotions exactly as they are, without trying to “fix” them.
If you’re experiencing vocal challenges — hoarseness, congestion, or a voice that’s weaker than usual — this is actually a beautiful opportunity to practice embracing yourself in every state.
We do not strain or force the voice during the workshop.
All practices honor your body, and your comfort is the priority.
You’re also welcome if you’re feeling “off” — tired, headachy, or dealing with other discomforts, as long as you feel you have the capacity to participate.
Often, the workshop itself feels soothing and nourishing, and can bring back a sense of inner strength.
You don’t need any vocal experience or so-called musical singing ability.
If you can make a sound or speak a word, you have everything you need.
The goal is not a “beautiful” voice, or any particular way of sounding, but an authentic voice that expresses your feelings and your inner truth.
We will not practice chanting nor singing songs as such.
All you need is a private space where you can move freely and make sounds.
Have some water nearby and make yourself comfortable.
It’s a good idea to let anyone you live with know that you may be making some unusual sounds — and that it’s totally oka. :).
This workshop gives you a safe way to “crack the door open” and look inside your inner landscape... and only as much as you have capacity for in the moment.
The practices are designed to show you the possibility of free and full expression, while staying within emotional safety and lightness. They're great for a first encounter with somatic voice work.
Every practice is an invitation. You choose if and how deeply you want to engage.
Participants usually experience tenderness, joy, softening, and a sense of inner acceptance.
